Shipping Information

We take pride in providing fresh, nutritious microgreens, and we want them to arrive at your doorstep in the best condition possible. Here’s what you can expect when placing an order with us:

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We aim to provide the most cost-effective shipping options available.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.

    • Local Delivery: For customers located within a specific delivery zone (e.g., X miles from our location), we may offer local delivery options. Please check during checkout to see if you're eligible.

    • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options may be available during checkout for faster delivery.

  • Packaging:
    All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your microgreens arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to minimize waste.

  • Shipping Partners:
    We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Shipping Delays:
    While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. If you experience a delay, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our microgreens! However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Returns:
    Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our microgreens, we are unable to accept returns. We recommend that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

  • Refunds:
    We offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery.

    To request a refund or replacement, please:

    1. Contact us via email at customersupport@thesprig.com with your order number.

    2. Provide details of the issue, including photos if applicable, to help us assess the situation quickly.

    3. We will respond promptly to offer either a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

  • Freshness Guarantee:
    Our microgreens are grown with care, and we guarantee they will arrive fresh. However, as they are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for freshness issues if the delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, incorrect shipping address).

  • Exchanges:
    Since our products are perishable, we do not offer exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
